My Story

In Jaipur, India, there is a boys and a girls home for children affected and infected by HIV/AIDS. Ran by the wonderful Smriti and Narendra, the Faith Aalingan homes have been providing a safe heaven for single or double orphans from the ages of five or six until their late teens for over 10 years.

Supported by @armsaroundthechild , the charity is currently looking after 35 boys and 22 girls and over 200 have gone through this caring project before being re-integrated in their communities. I was lucky enough to discover the project and visit with the global director of #AATC, the wonderful Ellie Milner (@elliegeorgemilner)and trustee Kiran Sharma (@kikitkiran). Having met the kids, I am committed in lending a helpful hand after this first visit, to continue to support the fundraising, creating collaborations and sustainable yearly revenue, and hence making sure that the support keeps on coming. Because these children really still need it.

But on top of that personal commitment, I ask you to join me me and give today, whatever amount you feel compelled to give, however large or small. I will be forever grateful and so will be the lovely kids from Faith homes in Jaipur.
